Mastering the Will

The will should not be used to compel the body or the external world, but to direct your own mind. Use your will to determine what you give your attention to and what you think about. When suggestions of disease arise, use your will to fall back on gratitude and connect with the Supreme. You have nothing to overcome but your own habit of thinking about disease.
