The lesson pages give you prompts, but the deeper work belongs in the Companion Journal. Write what you understand, what you resist, what still confuses you, and what you are ready to practice.
Use this rhythm: after the practice, take ten honest minutes to reflect. The goal is not perfect answers. The goal is contact with what is actually happening in you.
This work is mystical, practical, and sometimes challenging. These answers help keep the method grounded.
No. Wattles requires thought and action. Thought clarifies what you are calling forth and how you direct your creative energy. Action is how you meet, receive, and organize what arrives in real life.
No, but doing both can deepen the study. Reading helps you mark the text. Listening lets the chapter enter differently. At minimum, choose one. When a chapter feels important or unclear, do both.
Do not force clarity. Mark the unclear passage, re-read the paragraph before and after it, then write what you think Wattles may be saying. Some ideas become clear only through repetition and practice.
No. The Abundant Alchemy reading emphasizes increase, development, service, value, and creative contribution. Wealth is treated as part of fuller life, not as permission to extract from others.
No. This is a spiritual, educational, and reflective study experience. It can change how you think, act, create, and serve, but it is not financial, legal, investment, or business advice.
Slowly enough that the work changes how you act. One lesson per week is a strong rhythm. You can move faster, but do not confuse finishing the pages with practicing the Certain Way.
