The Law of When to Eat

The sub-conscious mind signals the need for food through earned hunger. Never eat until you have an earned hunger, which is a pleasant anticipatory desire for food, not a gnawing or faint feeling. The "no-breakfast" plan is recommended for everyone because hunger is earned by work, not by sleep.
