The Method of How to Eat

You must chew every mouthful to a liquid to allow the Principle of Health to extract vital force. Focus entirely on the taste of the food with cheerful confidence, dismissing all business or domestic worries. If you make the act of eating successful by doing it perfectly, digestion and assimilation must also be successful.
