Handle Pain: Do not resist pain; recognize it as a healing effort by the Principle of Health and mentally cooperate with it. Exercise: Engage in movement for fun or recreation, not as a forced "health stunt". Social Interactions: Avoid "doctor books" and people who talk about sickness.
